Been out on Rap for a wee run to check all out, handles great, front brakes are shit (new pads and good clean/strip maybe) a few other wee adjustments are needed then away we go........................ bring on the summer!!

the back end feels spot on but due to roads still being a bit iffy and the fact i didnt have much of a front brake I didnt puch it too much.

I found a guide for the R1 front forks set up and used that and it feels pretty good so far but will fine tune once I have brakes sorted.

I have new wavy discs to fit too so might as well get new pads too.

I need a bit of adjusting to do to the gear lever and a return spring to get for the rear brake, then its just a few cosmetic touches I`m working on........................

with those rearsets it feels much more sporty for some reason but have lots of adjustment there so should find a comfy position.

well heres some pics of the "bastard", went a wee run today after doing some more bleeding on the front brakes and they are still shit!

gave up as it started pissing down, so will wait for new pads to arrive and will fit with new wavy discs..........
