Hi all, just brought myself a V Raptor 1000. :thumbsup: Very nice. :D Never seen 1 on the road before. Well have now the very day after I brought mine! :o
Have a CCM R30 Carbon as well for messing around on B roads but wanted to go back to a big V twin.
Used to have a trick VTR 1000 and before that a Laverda 750 ss.
Any how look forward to being a member of this site and maybe meeting a few of you.
Better to burn out than just fade away!!

I am from Lincoln. Loads of great roads and not far from Cadwell park and Blyton Park. Did a track day at Cadwell on my CCM not long ago and plan to take the Vap there soon. :D

Welcome to the Raptor Chapter Mark - If you saw the other V-Rap around Lincoln on Friday it might have been me en route to my better half's house. (She has a V-Rap as well :mrgreen:)

Well that's part of my route down there bud, but last friday i was heading to Northwich for the Thundersprint.

Some very nice roads over the Wolds, especially Caistor High Street, running Horncastle to the A46, and over Bluestone Heath, over Cadwell way. Have been looking at Blyton for a trackday, but it looks a bit fast for me :oops:

I do know of a V-Raptor over Grantham way but if it was the 18th it probably was Weirdo as he gets lost a lot and hooks up on the nearest main road to somewhere hoping the petrol lasts :haha:
