Indicators

Post by Boofhead »

G'day everyone,
My front right indicator broke for some reason & is now hanging by the wires!! I want to replace it with an original for now until I find some nice sleek carbon ones to replace the lot.
Are the indicators on a Raptor a generic one? or are they a factory item? If not, what bikes have the same indicators?
And again thanks for your help :D

Cheers from Boofhead

I needed to replace just the orange lens on my 1000 and Rob Sturgess at Mito Mondo supplied a couple (one spare).

Haven't needed to use him for ages. He works out of his garden shed and specialises in the buzz-bombs.
Good luck getting hold of him. He has needed a lot of chasing in the past and with my last enquiry I just gave up.
You may strike lucky, though.

One of my indicator lenses cracked for no apparent reason while I was washing it. Apart from learning a valuable lesson - don't wash the bike in future - I wonder if any of the other lenses are about to follow suit. Anyway, it was a clean break, so I've just glued it back together.
