Precisely CT, I've owned this place 13yrs , and its only ever been a house. We need a home, and one our kids can grow in. Here is way too small for our needs, so time to fly.

I'll have a large glass of wine please - my liver thinks I've gone into rehab, only had 3 glasses (standard'ish sized) all weekend
