Is the stock filter the same with the SV 650?
Because I replaced the stock with a new stock from SV and I had some difficulties fitting it.
I bought an SV air filter because I cant find here in Greece the stock from Cagiva
Thanks!

I think they are different :(

I had a look on eBay for Raptor 650 air filter and SV 650 air filter, and they seem to have different K&N part numbers, SU-6599 for the rap http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/390581210752 and SU-6503 for the SV http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/290901952628.

BUT eBay also show an air filter that is supposed to do both - http://viewitem.eim.ebay.gr/Air-filter- ... 38064/item - :?

Have you tried eBay? A wee search on eBay Greece came up with http://viewitem.eim.ebay.gr/Cagiva-650- ... 07683/item, so you might be able to track down a standard one on there somewhere. My mechanic reckons OEM-spec ones are a safer bet than the high-flow though as the high-flow can let stuff in that the OEM-spec would filter out, which can damage your engine.

My carbed rap 650 uses stock SV 650 filters. Airbox and filter are stock SV on the carbed rap.

Thanks for your answers!
The KN from the SV fits with no problem.
The SV stock also fits but needs some attention when installing, because the plastic base is a bit more narrow. But it fits, without having to mod anything.
I had a KN fitted but I had the impression that it increased my fuel consumption.
Also I'll order some Mivv cans and with the KN I'll had to install a power commander because the the bike would run lean after.
So I'm just keeping the cans.
