While doing a search on google about "Gagiva Raptor Café Racer", this bike came up: http://databikes.com/infophoto/cagiva/r ... -2012.html
It seems to have a Monster 796 seat attached to it right? Does anyone have any info about doing this? I think it could be an easy fit...
Monster 796 Seat?
Re: Monster 796 Seat?
Good looking bike - I like everything except the rim stickers!
Looks like it was only uploaded this year, maybe try contacting the dude who did it, there's a "contact" button on that page. But I my CF hump.

Re: Monster 796 Seat?
Yeah, those cf humps look the part, but what attracted me of the Monster seat idea is that first, I can source one at a good price and second, I would forget about the seat side panel that's missing on my bike...
Re: Monster 796 Seat?
Ah, "the price is right", as my grandmother would have said!
Well I don't think it's just going to be a straight swap for you. I Googled 796 under tail, and found a vid showing the installation of a tail tidy on one. If you freeze http://youtu.be/SyIKrTK_dg4 at 0:36 you can see how the 796 is pretty different, under the seat, to my Xtra anyway, I guess yours would be of a similar design? The seat catch seems to be much further back, and the seat lock is on the other side, just for a start, although the Duc does seem to have a tool kit where my Xtra has a bunch of relays, so maybe you'd be able to make it work. If you can compare the potential tail against your bike you should get a better idea, but to be honest I'd contact the guy who posted the original pix you linked to and ask him what dramas he had, if it is indeed him that did it.
