Looking for tail tidy

Post by Str8 Banana »

Hi, I noticed several of you have a tail tidy. I've been looking for one to fit my Raptor 1000 but so far I have failed to decide on what to get.

Any ideas? I've been thinking about getting one custom made but my bike shop charges €200 for that.. :naughty:

You mean that little piece on the rear fairing/ducktail ?
You can't find it anywhere as new or I havent found, just bought mine from ebay and they are rare there too.

I remember Republique Racing used to sell one on fleabay - I have one of theirs on my Ducati and it's a nice bit of kit. Try their website http://www.republique-racing-shop.com/e ... --v-raptor or fleabay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/140886060698

I have one of those Stage 2 tail tidies on my Raptor.
Pros : Good bit of kit. Well made. Fits perfectly and nice and light in ally.
Cons: Bends quite easily if you bash it but that could be a good thing. You will probably need a smaller number plate.
Overall I think it's great.
