Rear Sets.... Where to buy? What fitting?

Okay, so quick question for all knowledgeable members: A Suzuki repair shop destroyed my rear sets (namely the female bottom bolt that the rear master brake cylinder bolts in). Besides all the technicalities and what not, I'd like to see what rear sets can be purchased and installed for this. Also, they managed to lose my rubber/metal clamp that holds the can to the rear set :DOH: Know where I can get one? I've tried the local hardwood store and looked a bit online... Perhaps I'm searching for the wrong item here.

Can you not repair them?
As for the exhaust beacket I just made one from a piece of billet aluminium.

I can repair, but would need to drill a hole/new bolt/washer through that hole :/

RBT has made rearsets, but I'm not sure if firm is exist anymore

Thank you for the pics!!!
I'm planning on having my shop repair the part and will take pics of the outcome so anyone can suggest on a cleaner repair... Those rearsets do look beautiful!!
