I know... I promised pictures, but I just started winter season and bike tear down.

Here is something I have planed for this winter:
- Wheel alignment, I'm not 100% sure that after swingarm swap rear wheel is in bikes centerline.
- Chain conversion to 520, MV Agusta uses 525 chain and Raptor uses 530..
- Chain alignment, make sure I don't immediately destroy my new chain and sprockets.
- Re-engineer rear linkage, after swingarm swap I have lost almost half of rear wheel travel compared to stock.

There are other things I would like to do, but lets talk about them after I've done things I listed above.

Well, I have made some measurements and result aren't what I've wished for...
Rear wheel needs to be moved 7mm left! That is more than I thought.
First idea was to machine excessive material off the wheel, but idea was pretty quickly ditched after I realized that rear brake caliper would hit the wheel, tyre might scrub the swingarm... Next I started to look at the frame, but it seems that 7mm might be too much taken from the frame which doesn't leave many options left. Idea is now to machine excessive material from the swingarm.
Why it is my last option? Because it is the hardest and probably the most expensive solution.
Next thing is to start asking offers from different machine shops. Then swingarm is hopefully going to get machined or I have to find other way to get around the problem.

P.S.
What irritates me the most is that chain line is now pretty much spot on.

I think taking away material from the swingarm is the right way making it as well!

I removed bearings from swingarm to see if there is enough material to be removed.
And its looks like there isn't.
Next thing is to investigate if it is possible modify rear wheel axle.

I'm now investigating if rear wheel axle could be modified.

I haven't made a post for a while...
I've been really busy with the bike. I try to make some posts with pictures from different phases bike has gone through. Bike is now running and been dynoed, made almost 104hp at the wheel.

Solution to move rear wheel toward bikes centerline was to remove material (~5mm) from one of the rear wheel axle shoulders. There were risk that after machining rear wheel carrier might hit the hub. But luckily with small grinding of rear wheel stud fixing bolt heads, problems were fixed. Better, long lasting solution might come next winter, depending on how far we are from bikes centerline with current solution.

Other thing I was planed to do was rear suspension linkage.
I thought the easiest way to make suspension work properly were to fit MV Agusta linkage to the bike.
I made some measurements and it looked possible. All I had to weld new mounting point for the linkage.
