HID for a naked raptor

Post by yeah! »

Oh alas and alack!!!! Poor, stupid me....over several months, a bit at a time, I spent much time slowly working out where to fit the ballast, relay and copious connections. Finally I pulled off the headlight holder - of my naked - and the bulb socket base is all inside the cover..the bulb is inserted through the front of the cover... Duh!! The HID bulb I bought has a big chunky plastic connection at its base, way too big for this cover...Drat!!!! Did I mention BAH HUMBUG!!!
Back to the hunt for a good night country light....
