Tuono sachs shocky

G'day everyone,
I'm anxiously awaiting the arrival of my Aprilia swingarm to add to my bike and I plan on using an Aprilia Tuono sachs shocky (would prefer an Ohlins but you know how it is with budget restrictions :( ....maybe later).
The first question I have is, do I use the RSV or the Tuono linkages or are they the same?
I read on another post to turn the shock so the adjustment screw is on the left side of the bike for easy access. So my question is, would doing that put the N2 canister too close to the rear header pipe and cause overheating or other issues etc?
Or are there better options? Any help would be greatly appreciated
Cheers from Boofhead
