The original forks are pretty bad, mine went straight into the dumpster.
Not sure about Hagon shocks, I bought a wilbers and am quite happy with it.

GSXR-600 ones, they are 4mm shorter, but bolt straight up.

Trevor, what series GSXR? i have an old gsxr 600 track day bike funny enough, but it has RWU forks, although the 6 pot callipers and Magura master cylinder would work well!!!

Around the same era works well, I used K4.
