Well I sold the Raptor, to a bloke from Leeton, which is only 55k's away so we may see it around still.

Seeing as the new toy comes out of the same factory, I'm hoping you will keep me on!

I don't know if it should be congratulaions or commiserations. Those MVs certainly look sexy, but I'd expect them to be much less easy-going than a Suzi-powered Raptor and inclined to foster manic riding. Maybe that's what's missing in your life?

Anyway, I'm sure we all are looking forward to a report on the beast, whichever model of Brutale it is!

Haha true, brutale by name, brutal by nature. It is a 1090RR from 2012 with 28K k's on the clock.

Being a 2nd gen it is ok to put around on, though still sounds like your going 100MPH. :revrev:

I'd say they look very tasty in photos too. Reflective tape in flash? Makes sense.

Even though I'm not a great fan of rim tape I did put some night time reflective stuff on 'ol Reggie primarily as a safety feature.

I used two separate strips each covering only 90 degrees of the wheel to hopefully make it more noticeable.
