Raptor Chapter

Need a new fuel pump for my Raptor 1000. Looking on ebay, and they are very expensive, but a pump for a Suzuki TL1000 in dead cheap and looks the same?
Will it work would anyone know (or have a pump and tank for sale..)

After a prolonged lay-up I'm getting my Raptor back into action! :D Got the tank off to do the fuel filter and check the pump, and while it's off I want to sort the paint out on the outside. Bike runs fine cold, then it runs fine, or goes onto one cylinder then dies when hot.
Not for the faint hearted

It runs on one cylinder, and then dies completely.
Can you check the coils with a multi meter?

Remember ages ago someone had a list of faults you could diagnose from the speedo by bridging two terminals in the diagnostics plug?

Code is coming up c00

Very bad misfire but usually only when it's up to temperature.

Any ideas?

Right - the local bike shop says on a TL thou the fuel pump relay and the sidestand relay are the same.

under the seat there's two relays with the same part number.
Are these the two relays? - and I could swap them over and see if she runs OK???

latest - popped to the local (very good) bike shop, and they couldn't see a cagiva part for the fuel pump relay, but looked at the one for a TL. Shedmonkey is spot on. Checkout the relay. Nothing to do with pump or fuel. Don't forget the feed/signal to the ECU, as the pump could be running fine, but the signal degrades to the ECU so it "sees" a fault and goes into limp mode. Not sure if our ecu will have a limp mode, but I'm sure ...

I would check your oil pressure/oil pressure switch, so un-plug the switch and see if the error/light disappear, if they do, remove the switch and check the pressure you are running at (or check the switch).
