That's good, but, the exhaust is Cagiva not Suzuki, gasket will not last long as it is a different size.

Your underlying problem will probably be the person who changed the sprocket last time. Clean and re tighten them then keep a check on them.

No idea about the pin connections, but I have a fairing, indicator pods and set of clocks (can't remember if they are MPH or KPH) on stock, so might be able to restore it to it's former glory..

Bringing the thread back as I need some help. Went for a dyno run and an injection set up with the yoshi box but I couldnt get the yoshi box to work with the wirings at the pics above. If it is a rattle when you are moving the bike, check your chain tension, as it can catch on the exhaust when it has a little slack in it.

Don't rule out the ignition switch, check the resistances through it, and see if they are consistent on multiple switchings

I just fitted a 41t tl sprocket. It really wasn't too hard to linish the inside to fit the cagiva carrier. The original setup had 10,000 klms on it ,the oem 40t alloy sprocket looked good apart from deep gauging by the chain suggesting the original combination of 16/40 is bad for chain and sprocket...
