Re: And they call that justice?? Thought I'd won!!!!
Red Mist You are so right. It really does beggar belief how they get away with stuff like this. I have wrote a letter off my own back not using a solicitor as it would be just a waste of money. To my amazement I got home last night to find a letter from East Midlands Police Legal Services. :...

And they call that justice?? Thought I'd won!!!!
Best say hello again as I have been away for a few months. Hello :P As some of you know I ended up going to court last October to answer a charge of speeding. The accussing Police Officer failed to turn up to offer his evidence (or lack of because that's right he was a lying bent copper git). case w...

Re: I FOUGHT THE LAW AND
Wonder if the CPS will be checking his tracker to see exactly where he was and why he was late.[/quote]
HA HA HA that's so funny.
My copper mate thinks that he would of been told to stay away by his boss...

Re: I FOUGHT THE LAW AND
GREAT news, although it would have been better if they'd officially withdrawn the trumped up charges, and paid your costs, a win (or in this case a dismissal), is still a win! My lawyer is now completing a Defence Council Costs Form for me so his fee's will be paid by them. I won't get any of the m...

I FOUGHT THE LAW AND
I fought the law and I I I I I won........... So I was in court this morning at 0930 hrs as per my invitation. The trial started at 1000 hrs. PC Angry Twatbag wasn't there. Trail went ahead without him. CPS said as he hadn't turned up and they could offer no reason for his non attendance so they wer...

Re: Been caught speeding. Allegedly!
1 of my oldest mates is a copper in Cornwall and I would put my life in his hands, that said I have now lost faith in the police. This bloke is just plain lying. Can't believe I am saying this but I am in court tomorrow at 1000hrs in Leicester to plead NOT GUILTY to speeding. My lawyer is livid. Not...

TPS reset is the way to go. Done correctly makes a big difference. Also check, adjust and lube your throttle cable.

Re: Been caught speeding. Allegedly!
Been looking at this tracker info again and the place where the cop said he noticed a motorcycle accelerate quickly he was already doing 72mph in a 40 zone and from the place where he was on a side road to the place he "noticed" me should of taken him 1 minute at normal speeds not the 24 s...

Re: Been caught speeding. Allegedly!
Did he get you from the front or back? Was there other vehicles in-between you and it? I was following another bike who was following some other cars. I can't really contest this as I know that I was going over the limit. As I say, I checked my speedo and I was doing about 65, but had probably slow...

Re: Been caught speeding. Allegedly!
Speaking of speeding, I've just had a letter through from the North Yorks constabulary to say that I've been nicked. Grollocks!!! :x 73mph in a 60 limit. I saw the van but not as quick as he saw me. When I checked my speedo I was only doing about 65mph. I was following anotrher bike who saw the van...

Re: Been caught speeding. Allegedly!
Well my lawyer has wrote another letter (with of course costs me more money) to the CPS and court saying this can't go ahead (this coming Tuesday) because the CPS have pissed about getting the tracker info to us 10 days after the deadline set by the court and when they did they only gave us 4 minute...

Re: Been caught speeding. Allegedly!
So got some tracker info yesterday. Firstly got a load of stuff that made no sence at all then got another lot about half the amount of the first. After looking at it for hours we got to the bottom of it. The first lot is of the officer's radio tracker movements which is useless. Its a mobile gps tr...
