I have a Ventura luggage system for raptor. Believe it will fit both 1000 and 650 bikes but I bought it for the 1000 so please check beforehand. Well the problem seems to have resolved itself, I did take the relays out and clean them again and this seems to have done the trick. Italian electrics!, thanks all for your help.

From the diagram attached, it looks like the Fuel Pump Relay, passes a supply from the battery -through the Tip-Over-Sensor (Tilt switch below ignition switch - pic attached), then through a 10A fuse, through the relay contacts (When activated) and onto the fuel pump. Yes I can’t get my fuel pump to prime, I have tested the pump itself and that appears to work fine but when I put it back on bike it doesn’t work. Thanks

Thanks Andy. I’ll have to check my seat release mechanism as I think it might be on the wrong way round as I think cable comes out of mine on passenger side. Would explain why the cable seems too long though. Thanks again. Wayne

Hi does anyone have a photo of how the seat release cable runs as my bike didn’t have a seat lock so now I’ve sourced that the cable seems to be very long and I cannot work out where it should route. Thanks

Thanks for reply. That was what I understood but talking to someone the other day who was insisting the 1000 should have a metal tank.

There you go mate. Postage and import duty is a killer though.

Looking for the grill/trim that fits to the front of petrol tank if anyone has one available. I’ve only found them online at oem motor parts but online reviews are very poor for this company so would be bit concerned ordering from them. Thanks
