Bit late to the party, but I'd like to mention the clutch switch. Have had some success fixing a 3000rpm glitch by replacing the clutch switch with a new one...

I've been away for ages but have loads of little jobs to do on the Rappy over winter so maybe a mini-revival will happen

Sounds cool, would like to come along - is it worth driving up though or would I get a bike up the track? Thinking the Rappy will kill my back doing all those miles but the Max might be OK...!
