I put GPR cans and link pipes on mine. Sounds perfect with the baffles out. Mines a carb model, so I did put bigger mains in to get the fueling right.

The tank plastic is 'PA6' according to my notes.

Yes, GSXR wheel, brakes, mudguard and disks.
Direct bolt on to the existing Raptor yokes....easy modification.

With the GSXR1000 USD front end I've fitted. UK Historic Vehicle status is after 40 years unfortunately for tax and MOT exemption unfortunately.
My old Goldwing has just been made exempt, but we'll have to wait quite a while for our Raptors!

No fuel pump housing on mine, so could be even more difficult.

Mine has a few bubbles on the visible tank surface, so will be interested in how you get on with the fix.

Some say it's water vapour seeping through the plastic, which comes out of water saturated ethanol in the fuel?

The 1000 is probably louder than the 650

I may try re-fitting the baffles sometime, just to see.

Those baffle circlips were hard to remove though....

Engine fuelling seems fine, although it had gutted standard cans when I bought it, so the previous owner may have up-jetted the carbs.
