Have a 190 pilot sport fitted to the rear of my x Raptor. Handles just fine. Have compared it to a mates X Raptor with a 180, and you cant tell the difference in handling.

Looks Great on the bike the 190 FAT you could say. Will be getting a Pilot Road 190 rear soon. :D

Am fitting very soon a 190 Michellin pilot road on the rear and the pilot power on the front. This is quite a good mix. Have a friend with 180 pilot power rear and a front pilot power, and the two bikes don't handle any different. I need the commuter rear though "pilot road" because I will...

Ratiator Covers

Hi Guys, you can make your own radiator covers very cheap. All you have to do is buy the mesh style or type that best suits your taste. You can find this at an auto aftermarket accessories shop. Those that sell stuff for the Jap cars. Cut the mesh with tin snips, and use Loctite Black RTV silicon. T...

Thanks for the response. I wasnt sure if the GSXR K3/K4 model fitted the raptor. I will get my hands on a mud guard ASAP. There's a crowd that makes them for those into track days, and from what I understand they are quite cheap too.

Thanks again

Get rid of the Dampner

I cracked one of the brackets by accident. Overtighteneing it by hand. Have made the decision to run without the steering dampner. I have found that the bike handles better without the dampner fitted. Steers quicker and at speed on corners you still dont get any head shake. Infact you may get a litt...

Go the Raptor

Thanks for the posted responses guys. Am very happy with the bike. Have had a Kwaka 636, Hayabusa & Bandit 1200. The Raptor is the best of them all in my opinion. OK the sound is great, but the handling is fantastic.

I will post more pics of the bike on the blog site soon.

Thanks again

300 kay

Ive had the bike at 300kay. It was fantastic, and then I popped a mono too. On the rear wheel I was, fast approaching a corner. Thats when I felt my wife kick me saying "Wake Up" "Wake Up".

Ok.... it was a good dream though.....!
