Hi, Thanks the advice but I understand the final setting at the clutch lever end but its the other end that is confusing me. It says loosen adjuster nuts 6 and 7 and then adjust nut 7 until you have the "5-10 degree play at the end of the throw-out lever" What lever ? as the lever they ref...

Hi guys, Want to check that my clutch is adjusted correctly on a Raptor I recently bought. Looking at the manual, all is OK until I get to the part that says " obtain a 5-10 degree play at the end of the throw-out lever" Can anyone please explain to a numpty ..... (me) ...... where this is...

Hi, I've just bought my mates 2000 Raptor 1000 and it has the "surging" problem ! Before I resort to the expense of a Power Commander I am checking everything else. Just in case I need to clean out the filters etc inside the tank, where could I get a spare filter & pump if I need them ...

Does anyone know where I can get a starter relay for a 2000 W reg Raptor 1000 from ?
Ideally an OEM part but if not a compatible one ......

Not dismantled switchgear yet - thought I would keep it simple and re seat every connector I could find ! Does the switchgear split easily on the bars or do you have to remove it from the bars ? I assume the battery needs disconnecting while your doing this ... btw - even though the bike is a 200, i...

Hi - it behaved for three attempts now worse than ever so maybe easier to find ! The battery is fully charged. When I turn the ignition on dispaly comes up properly - but it wont start. If I turn on anything electrical - side or main lights, indicators etc - then diplay goes blank. Does that help ? ...

To all you electrical wizards out there ! 2000 Raptor 1000 - intermittently when I switch the ignition on the main information display does not fire up. The bike wont start at this point. If I switch the headlight on, the display comes on and the bike then starts without any problems ! Any ideas wha...
