I have fitted 320mm discs on my 650, in fact it is the whole front end of Aprilia tuono. They make too much of a difference, you can get over the handlebars easily or loose the handlebars to the side if you are not concetrated. i would fit the old ones back if it wasn't such a big deal. Mine is exactly like this...It's a difficult thing to get this out whithout some damage to the tank or to your mental health. A good idea is to put some grease like substance before you put it back so next time there will be less cursing...
