Anyway if you would like I can ask him if he would be interested when he drops my bike off. Thanks, that could be handy. Sending a PM with my tel # just in case. Ok will let you know. If yes I will PM you his number. I think the bike is coming back tomorrow, but I have told him to take his time as ...

Re: Major service intended. Advice sought.
The airbox and filter are specific to the Raptor. Not as far as I am aware. The air filter is the same as the TL1000S. My current intention is to book it in with the Suzuki people next week. Is that a good idea? Any comments or alternative suggestions? I used to live just around the corner from tha...

Scarlatti appear to be having a sale
I was just browsing around and came across the Scarlatti website again. Seems all the Raptor bits are on special with at least a 15% discount. Annoying I just bought new tyres and cannot get anything.

Actually that spell checker has nothing to do with the forums. It is, in fact, in your web browser. Are you using Firefox or Chrome perhaps? You can right click on the underlined word to add it to your dictionary from the resultant menu. Firefox documentation: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Usi...

Re: R&G PROTECTORS - Something missing here?
I was pretty disappointed with them as well, but I bought mine as "new old stock" so persevered. I haven't heard of other people having a problem with fitting the R&Gs to other models of bike. Just seems to be the Raptor. I will probably be trying a different brand next time though. LS...

Re: R&G PROTECTORS - Something missing here?

Re: R&G PROTECTORS - Something missing here?
One mushroom ( thank you ;) is a bit to narrow for the hole but can with a bit of patience fit , and the other M is to small at the end and will not fit in there at all. You might need to file them a bit to get them to fit into the frame. You need to take some of the material away from it using a f...

Re: R&G PROTECTORS - Something missing here?
Well it looks different to the kit for the Raptor thou I have, but you should have: Instructions 2x Polyurethane protectors 2x Heat treated bolts and 2x washers 2x R&G stickers/decals That is from memory - I could have missed something. You certainly look to have all the important bits though. Y...

Re: Radiator Hoses and Mushrooms
Sounds good. Would be interested to see how this works out and how much it would work out costing. Any idea on how long away it might be?
