I could well be wrong here but I thought this was them. And I have no idea how they 'work'.

Cutting out with rev counter bouncing off zero at same time
Sounds like to me that the fuel drain barb is blocked, which also doubles as a fuel tank vent pipe and is causing a vacuum in the fuel tank. That's a good shout.... Not sure what the sensor is but it has a short moulded pipe. Could be air temperature. 1st thing I noticed was the sensor had come awa...

I replaced the Throttle Position Sensor for £12.59 and got rid of low speed glitches!
In a similar vein to my recent post on a replacement reg/rec from a Japanese company called TourMax I see they also do the TPS at a slightly cheaper cost to OE and the one your looking for is TPS-110. I notice in all the adverts they don't show the underside of it and therefore the makers label. I u...

Just checked on Fowler's parts and the OEM TPS is over £100

Is the fuel filter within the pump housing? If so I should've replaced when tank was sealed. The filter sits next to the pump with various pipes etc on a mounting plate with a coverall 'bag' over it all. I couldn't find a direct plug and play replacement filter so resorted to tapping & blowing ...

Top top post - some fantastic info in there. :D I actually think that leaving the bike in the garage over multiple winters, the wiper contact had become stuck to the track at some point and then subsequent twisting of the throttle had damaged it by lifting a bit of the carbon track up and amost leav...

I would really appreciate any advice really on making it a little more cool.. Being a rare 20 year old Italian it's pretty much inherently cool  So perhaps just clean it to within an inch of it's life... And most ways of making it more cool involve money, work & engineering ability e.g...

Filled with fuel and it seemed to be fine for about 50 miles then started again To me that would point to something awry with the fuel system. Perhaps the fuel pump filter is clogged up to a certain height hence it's ok for 50 miles. Is there old fuel swilling around in the tank with perhaps water ...

Yeah, fuel system sounds to be the right call.
You may find if the bike has been standing that's it's just horrid old fuel and as said a load of crud blocking the pump filter or perhaps even water ingress.

A couple of us have used the Matris catridge kit for the front forks and as such they require no faffing about with spacers, new wheels, brakes etc.

Ah ok... I fashioned one out of some rubber tube I had in the garage. It fitted nicely but as you say didn't overcome the looseness in the bush. I did try a classic bodge with a strip of coke can by trying to shim out the bolt. But unfortunately it has worn oval and this just succeeded in jamming it...

I'm not entirely sure how 'rear setty' those actual are - I suspect if they were too far back & high the riding position would be seriously uncomfortable when combined with the low seat.
I notice the bike had a replacement swingarm as well.

My replacement Electrex reg/rec blew up again and if the the truth be known they don't last long at all. I've been through so many they have almost become service items. I would have bought another but they were out of stock so I googled the Suzuki code i.e. 32800-02F00 and came across a Tourmax bra...

The first new washers I fitted were the right diameter but slightly thicker Are you meaning the two rubber rings that I'm assuming are seals for the grease? And if so where did you get the replacements? I'm having the opposite issue to binding because the bush in the lever has worn and made the lev...
