A trawl through the search on the site came up with ...

replacement brake pistons and seals are available from here http://www.bikersjersey.com/?year=2003& ... =C03587132 the KTM 640DUKE II uses the same left hand caliper as the 1000 rap

Might be of interest?

And ... According to snapdragon ...”https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/140702700054 ... 1423.l2649” are the seals

Might be of use?

I just happened to be looking to get some rear brake pads & on the sportsbikeshop website the model fitment list was quite extensive see https://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/motorc ... rod/334263

However I'm not sure that means they all use the same caliper....

BTW a new master cylinder is ~50 sovs but either way make sure you get one with the correct outlet - straight iirc. I had the rear seize as well and it turned out to be the master cylinder piston had seized locking it on. And the ensuing fire  wrote off the caliper.

really appreciate your input however theres some incorrect info posted in the links from my own research the rsv mille might take the same pads but is a 32mm caliper the raptor is a 34mm ,mv brutale wont work its to wide and would hit the wheel ,but the ducati monster 2002 onwards should be a like for like swap the mounting holes are the same set at 84.5 mm centreto centre even tho the brake line and bleed nipple placement differ on different models but use a 34mm caliper ....just ordered a complete rebuild kit off powerhouse £60 including pistons going to try that ,if that fails then try a ducati monster which are readily available ,ive found a bmw master cylinder brembo again different placement of line but not a problem as the mounting holes line up correct ....keep your suggestions coming please as it aint cured as yet cheers mitty

Not sure this will be much help but I've found the old bill for my repair, from Bike Torque Racing, which included the brembo product codes:

11mm black master cylinder - 10477610, £50
Straight master cylinder inlet adapter - 110312710, £4
Rear brake caliper, P2 34mm & 84mm - 20695163, £125 inc pads.

Looking at their pdf (
) shows two P2 calipers with the difference in position of the bleed nipple & inlet (side or top).

had to lift the caliper
Yep, that's pretty much the only way to successfully bleed it.
