I was going through the archives on the backup drive and came across this so thought some of you may not have seen it for ages!

Oooo, I do like that! I've never seen a copy come up for sale, but I'd buy one if I did. Not sure if the concept applies particularly to the 650, but maybe it came out after 1000 production finished? Does it have a date?

I'm in the process of trying to get a lighter spring for the Nitron shock on the 650ie because I know it could be a great bike to ride if it managed pot-holed roads as well as the 1K with its Italian Matris suspension. Buying British was not a good move in this case!

Hagon might be able to make you one up with specific spring specs or there's always Maxton who will do the same if you want to spend even more money. Ho Hum.

The date on the artwork is 2005.
