Headlight panels

Post by oogachaka »

Hi guys
Just wondering if someone could photograph the underside of their v raptor headlight.

There are no panels under my headlight and I have no idea what they look like..somebody has agreed to make me some if I can get them pictures..😊
I wasn't going to bother but after touring wales and Ireland I figured some rain protection for the electrics might be a goood idea.. :)

I'm in Weston if you need to see them / take measurements.
Otherwise oemmotorparts have a couple still in stock, their part numbers
800096862
800096863
£22.09 each plus postage and whatever else they add on

And they're a touch tricky to fit. I find it best to screw the two panels together & then fit them as one using the four miniscule screws, 2 on either side, that go into the underside of the top fairing.

Might be wise to check the state of the holes that receive these screws as the plastic is fragile and a PO might have mangled them beyond use.
