Indicator relay

Post by norrie »

OK so it looks as though I've blown my indicator relay. I was fitting new indicators and I think I've left the ignition on and grounded out a cable. I've also lost the tail and brake light. Does the relay control them as well? I should know this but my head is full of building a garage at the moment. Also what type do I need and best place to buy?🙄

Thanks.
Norrie.

Norrie, it’s just a simple two pole flasher unit under the seat. Just get a replacement from most bike shops etc.
No power other places sounds like you may have blown a fuse so check fs3 in the box as it supplies all the lesser services.
Good luck!

OK blonde moment. I have blown the relay for the indicators but now having a meter on it I had just disturbed the connections for the tail light and yeah I've ordered a new relay before just off ebay.
As I say my head is full of building materials trying to get everything ordered for my new garage

Cheers.
Norrie.
