I have to say the quality of users on this site is amazing. :D
Thank you very much for your kind offer Crap Tartan but I have just found someone on the island willing to do exactly the same thing.
Hopefully mine can be repaired while I`m away so I can give the borrowed one back.
Cheers everyone.

no worries, its there should it be needed.

I got my original repaired by GMX radiators in Essex, fast turnaround, well packaged and been fine ever since (4 years).

Cheers CT. I think that's where I`m gonna send mine. 8)
From the (limited) research I have had time to do they seem to keep coming back up to the top of the list.

They get my vote too, but then again, it's my cousin and his wife (Pete & Jo) that run it :D

Is it really Miz ?
Would you believe it.
What are the chances of me finding out about your cousins company before you tell me.

Well I had no idea about the family connection either!

All i can say was at the time they gave the most positive response and were helpful.

i was more than pleased with the result and the price.

and for Shed, its only the horns that manage to keep my halo in place and i`m sure we would all do the same for a fellow bro`
I was just in the fortunate position of having a spare.........................

My radiator sprung a leak after my other half brought it home from the dealers. It went back on a breakdown truck The dealers had it repaired under warranty by a 'professional' and it sprang more leaks on its return.

So, I used a reference thread from here with a post by Carnivore, that contained the amount of radweld to use.

Tiz been 'fixed' by me for three years :happyhappy:
