THE GOOD:
Original mileage of 4850 miles from new, so this motor is barely run in and has full amount of it's bhp and torque available...as opposed to an engine with higher mileage and the wear (and power loss) that goes with this.
It has a new MOT with no advisories done last week.

Never been involved in any accident or dropped.

I lightly recommisioned it when I purchased just over 3 years ago, which means it had a good going over involving fitment of Michelin Pilot tyres (original Bridgestones were still on it!), oil & filter change, new brake fluid front and rear, new coolant and new Exide MF battery.

THE BAD:
Majority of the bike is in good cosmetic order but due to previous owner (reluctantly) having to put under a bike cover for approx 8 years, the weather has taken it's toll on some of the bikes top right hand side frame rails...nothing awful, just light surface corrosion on those parts.
There is 2 chips to paintwork on the tank (no bubbling, as far as I'm aware) and there's a very small piece of plastic missing from the rhs seat trim...believed to have been done when bike was moved around under the cover (lifting attempt from around underside of seat).

THE UGLY:
Nothing to report!

================================================================================

A rare chance to buy one of these with such low mileage and use.
I'm only selling because I have other bikes to play with and just don't use this one much.

Realistic offers considered.

Just curious Nick, the 1150 gs is getting the better of me weight wise & I miss my old raptor.🤣

Yes, there comes a time...

I got some fresh-taxed riding done today and went out on the Morini Scrambler 1200. It has an awesome motor; flexible but far more powerful than I need and can use, with handling that is surprisingly-slow. I only got it last August so have had little chance to ride it, but I really need some space in the garage, so I think the Morini needs to go, impressive though it is. Keepers include both Raptors, and my lovely faithful Ducati ST4 which felt so right on a quick rain-dodging spin this afternoon. Fits like a glove, does that bike.

By the way, apologies to ctrr for diverting attention from his for-sale thread! Hopefully, someone will step up and buy the bike ASAP...

Haven't been checking replies to my advert, so apologies for me not replying sooner.
raptor996...I have the bike advertised on gtree and am asking 3200.
Considering the low mileage, use and general condition, I believe this is a fair price.
I am nevertheless open to a close offer.
TBH, I've not had the response I thought I would have done advertising here and am literally on the verge of listing on the dreaded eBay.
If you want to fire me an offer, please feel free to do so before I do the deed!
BTW...more pics and better quality ones on my current gtree advert.
If anyone is interested in buying, please contact me very soon.

Ctrr, i feel your pain !.... no one here wanted mine either... but then most here already have one or 2 raptors. I am now , reluctantly, looking to sell my Harley and trying the word of mouth approach before facing the tyre kickers and time wasters on ebay. Good luck

Sheebs, you are downsizing! Aren't you going to miss the agricultural feel of your Hardly Ferguson?

ctrr: may I be bold and suggest your price for your Raptor is a tad optimistic, especially since it is cosmetically challenged? The prices of Raptors on ebay seem to have climbed a lot recently, and they often stay there too. Whatever, good luck!
