How to recognize a real V-raptor from a rebuild Raptor

Is there a way to tell if a V-raptor came like that from factory or if it was rebuild starting from a normal raptor?

I believe the VIN identifies if it's a V or normale, the first three numbers in between the ABCD...ZYXW etc etc) are 201 for V Raptors and 200 for Normales

I think the Normale 650's have 210 so maybe the V's will be 211 ?
