Removing rear cylinderhead

Good chance i blew the rear headgasket (white smoke from right exhaust) so it needs to come off. Can this be done without removing the entire engine?

the cylinderhead-cover is easy...dunno about the head itself though

maybe (if it doesn't work) you could loosen up the front engine mounts, and tilt the engine forward.
