Xtra Raptor Trike
I've seen a Vrap trike before, a few years ago.
I quite like this, nice wheels, underseat exhausts etc.
Not sure the seller can justify the £10k in the description, however.
Suppose if you can't ride a bike, and a trike is the only option

Re: Xtra Raptor Trike
An Xtra Trike ??!!
How VERY dare they!!!
Seriously though, it IS nice, but Ten and a half grand's worth of nice?? Naaaaaah..
The low mileage (5-speed??) Xtra Raptor accounts for around 4 grand of that, so £6,500 for an arse end then

Re: Xtra Raptor Trike
Looks like it sold for just over 4G.
I'm not into trikes at all. Some can look really good and many are works of art, both from an aesthetic and engineering point of view, but they just don't appeal. This one looks like a very good one though, and if needs must, then this is probably as good a job as you'll see. Raptors probably lend themselves well to this sort of thing actually as they already have quite a low seat.

Re: Xtra Raptor Trike
I thought the rear wheels were a nice touch, but as already said by others, I can appreciate the engineering, but trikes are not for me, especially, when they use a limited edition bike as the donor.
Re: Xtra Raptor Trike
I could have sworn I'd seen an Xtra trike in Jay Leno's Garage a few years ago....but as I can't find it now maybe it was in a dream! As others have said, "each to their own"!
Road racing's where it's at - going round in circles all day is for hamsters.
Re: Xtra Raptor Trike
The Xtra Raptor trike was built by one of the previous members of the site, SAF..... an excellent build done for two reasons.... one, he could.... and secondly, due to an accident, trikes were a lot easier and more comfortable to ride.
