I FOUGHT THE LAW AND
I fought the law and I I I I I won...........
So I was in court this morning at 0930 hrs as per my invitation. The trial started at 1000 hrs. PC Angry Twatbag wasn't there. Trail went ahead without him. CPS said as he hadn't turned up and they could offer no reason for his non attendance so they were moving to dismiss the case..
That's ok with me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
CASE DISMISSED.
As I had to do some paperwork I went into another area and when I went to pick my bag and stuff up PC Angry Twatbag turned up at 1025 hrs. The clerk of court told him to sit in that chair in the corner because the CPS wanted to talk to him. He looked like a naught little school boy. CPS were fuming with him.
I couldn't help but smile at him as I walked out of the court!!!

GREAT news, although it would have been better if they'd officially withdrawn the trumped up charges, and paid your costs, a win (or in this case a dismissal), is still a win!
Road racing's where it's at - going round in circles all day is for hamsters.

My lawyer is now completing a Defence Council Costs Form for me so his fee's will be paid by them. I won't get any of the money I have paid up front (500) back but should not have to pay anymore. I have also asked about loss of earning as I could not do overtime offered to me Monday night to the tune of £140.Spyke wrote:55 years agoGREAT news, although it would have been better if they'd officially withdrawn the trumped up charges, and paid your costs, a win (or in this case a dismissal), is still a win!

Brilliant news. You couldn't have a better result except in this case, it looks like PC Angry is going to have someone shouting at him now, so that's a bonus.
Wonder if the CPS will be checking his tracker to see exactly where he was and why he was late.

Good news mate. I was just wondering what was going to happen about all this.
It's still shite that you had to be put through it though.

Excellent news
I am not an alcoholic, alcoholics go to meetings. I am a drunk, we go to parties.
