Can anyone please tell me the correct proceedure for the removal and then attachment of the clutch lever.
Have just anodised my spare one black and the service manual says nothing about this. I can see that you need to undo the screw and that the cable extends into the cavity in the lever but am unsure if I need to be careful of following any safe method, ( safe meaning not ruining ma baby ).

Don't ya just dig a round-a-bout!.....2003 Xtra Raptor (222/999), Gold Renthal Bars, Giannelli Pipes, Throttle Rocker, Ventura Rack, Blue LED Instrument Panel, Headlight Protector, LED Tail Light.
set the cable play at the lever and at the bottom at the most slack,
then you can take out the cable without any trouble.
undo the bolt/nut which holds the lever on the bracket, and take off the lever.
same procedure for mounting, be sure to set the cable play correctly: looser = better, to make sure it's completely disengaged/engaged
