New Rear Brake Caliper

Post by Al Grant »

Hi,
I have changed the rear brake caliper as 4 winters had taken their toll. The pads had worn grooves in the caliper, stopping the pads from moving freely. I have bought a new brembo caliper that is visually identical to the old one apart from there are 2 gaps on either side allowing more air into the inside of the caliper. It is working fine and I haven't had any problems so far. It is black in colour and if anyone needs one I will find out the part no.

I got a brembo goldline replacement from http://www.motomeccaspares.co.uk/ 01202 823453 worth giving a call as the guy there was really helpful. Part no 20.6950.51 and cost just over £75.
