Headlights mod

Post by BigHungryJoe »

One of my few complaints about my Raptor 650 is the headlight. It's good, especially the dip beam, but when you put the main beam on the dip switches off, which gives you a great view of the road 100 yards ahead, but it'd be nice to see the potholes coming at me.
Riding with the pass light on makes both run at once, but it's a pain. Has anyone done a mod on a raptor to keep the dip on when the main beam is turned on, or know how one might go about it?

I think you may find you will fall foul of construction and use regs and fail your MOT(unless you are friendly with your tester)

I was afraid that might be the case. Thanks, I'll continue to look into it.
