Hi everyone.
I'd first like to thank Brihass for the use of his bike for the Quills a couple of months ago. I've finally sat down and took the time to organise pictures of what I've done. Since I bought it new its gone through the following:
TRE
Pair system removal
Bellypan, hugger, screen
Handlebars
Mirrors ( 2kinds)
Shift light
De beavered and new turn signals
PCIII
Carbon Fibre air box with K&N filter
Quill titanium tri ovals
Oberon pegs
Various bits and pieces anodised
Installation of bigger crankcase breather and braided lines for bling.
Just got off the dyno at 109.6 hp and 72 ft/ lb torque.
Got most of the ideas from here and TLZone so thanks everyone.
NX wet system is sitting on the counter but nowhere to put the bottle???!!

The landed cost in australia was $1300.00, that included the link pipes. Chris was excellent to deal with. They first told me it would be a few weeks then they came up with the ggods only a few days later and Brihass let them use his bike as a template.
I don't have a sound clip, will work on it. They actually sound quieter than the debaffled stock ones at idle but come into their own around 4500 rpm.

Quill sound - sorta
Before I found this fantastic forum, I used to browse sv650.org as I have a baby raptor. They have a downloads page where people have recorded their machines with various cans fitted. http://www.sv650.org/sv650_media.htm
I know the sv650 has a different exhaust system, but it gave me a flavour of what each can sounds like. Hence my suggestion in another post that we should do something similar here.
Direct link to sv650 with Quill can.

Great looking machine btw booah - nice conversion work!
Do the tri-ovals have removable baffles? Was going to go down the Evo 2 route with Quill, as the baffles do come out ok. But if the tri-ovals have got em, then I'll get some of them as I think they look better!
