The clutch switch on my Raptor has gone.
I searched the forums and saw that Wreckah has a seperate switch now but, after reading Steve's TL1000 pages i was wondering if this is safe to do, especially after seeing the video (also sends a signal to the ECU).
Any opinions?
Do or don't?
Clutch switch
Clutch Switch
Hiya,
I'm sure that there must be a suzuki switch to match it, may be worth a trip to your local breakers and have a rummage through their box of Suzuki clutch brackets.
Miz.

it is safe for sure if you don't feel anything special,
it's just that some bikes run like crap under 80°C with the switch bridged...mine was like that. almost one-cylinder firing under 3000RPM, and then bang full power just as you cross 3000...
my bike now has a hydra clutch setup from a TLR, with a 2004 RSVmilleR clutch master cylinder, and that has a built in switch which i opted to use now

I ordered the part at www.oemmotorparts.com, 21 euro inc. posting.
I also called startwin (italian bike specialist) anf they quoted me 40/50 euro
If the switch i ordered still doesn't work (Pazzos are for the TL1000S), i'll go for the button.
How much did your setup set you back, Wreckah?
