Parts from Italy

Post by Slob »

G'day
I ordered a couple of parts from my Raptor 1000 from Red Racing Parts in Italy. After 2 months I'm still don't have the parts (PCIII and a steering damper). All I get is poor communication and excuses. Has anyone had dealings with this company? I guess what I'm asking is...Have I done my money on a dodgey company or this sort of delay is normal?
Cheers

Hi, i ordered a set of G&G high level exhausts from Red Racing Parts in Italy for my Raptor 1000 (a few year's back) , they took less than 2 day's to arrive to me in the UK ...
I was well impressed ...

same here, had one good deal with them.

they do have poor communication though.

the only answer i ever got to my questions was 'look at the website, it's all there'...but the G&G's arrived plenty quick.

Thanks for the replies. I've had the same communication problems.
The PCIII finally arrived. (a TL1000s unit with detailed instructions for a Raptor....in Italian!!. Thank God for Google Translate. However "remove the left rear fianchetto" after removing the seat" was a bit beyond Google. I've no idea what a fianchetta is.

Still waiting on the Extremetech steering damper..maybe by Xmas!
Cheers
