looks like it may, but without info on the connectors, the dimensions, and the rating its hard to say exactly.
At the end of the day you can make anything fit if you need to, most important will it work?
Find out Cagiva part no, check compatability against that part no given (Robinsons Foundry is a good info place for TL part no`s)

reg/rec looks like it should fit - it'll be the connectors that are specific .
I've bought from ElectrexWorld before and they were very helpful,
and as CT said - Robinsons Foundry also very useful
