For those looking to attend this event, you can book individually by calling East Kirkby Hideaway. Please book under the raptor chapter, so they don't confuse you with another group, and so they have an idea of numbers.

It's a long way off, but someone mentioned booking today and it needed clarifying.

Hi guys - now that the main details for 'Em's Day' 2013 have been arranged we've produced this poster for the event:

Image

To help with publicity please feel free to copy the link and post it on any other bike forums you may visit. Although the event is predominately Buell and Italian all makes of motorcycle are welcome.

You'll be pleased to know that for the third year running we've managed to hold the admission price to £7.00 but we regret that we're no longer able to offer free admission to female riders and pillions.

Great! looking forward to it again, We are making a weekend of it again this year and hope for even more Raptors than ever before!

I always thought all sexes should pay anyway, we dont need to offer free admission to attract ladies and we are mostly girls anyway!!! LOL

If I may be so bold I have had an idea which may or may not be of interest to some, all or none of you!!
Cadwell Park is just up the road from this meeting and I know that when other bike meets in the local area have happened someone has organised ot so they have been to do a few laps of the track. Maybe Raptorchapter could do something as well??
It would need 1 of the main rulers of the site to make contact with Cadwell Park to see if it would be a go'er!
Slap me down if you like, its just a thought!!  :tada: :tada:

I'm not a track day person, sorry.

As the weekend is organized around supporting a charity days event, I'm not sure where you might fit the idea in.
I'm not local to Lincolnshire, so Friday and Sunday involves lots of traffic dodging, that's enough for me, especially after socialising all of Saturday ;)

Hi

Im not a track day person either, but if you wanted to organise something I'm happy for it to be advertised from here. Maybe on the Thursday or Friday before so those
who wanted to could go to Cadwell and then onto the Camping for the Charity weekend (and alcohol ;) )
