If you've raised your bike by that much, do be careful with the chain adjustment. I'm guessing that the swingarm is now sitting at quite an angle to the horizontal, and if you adjust the chain slack as per standard, it will go really tight when you load the bike and hit a bump and may take out the gearbox bearings. That can definitely happen on Ducatis if the rear ride-height is raised and the chain slack is not increased.

Not sure with the ride height, i will try it and see, if i dont like it then i will put the orginal triangles back on

Oh and finally, the picture over eggs the height change, the addtion to the sidestand is only 10mm thick with a seat height increase of 30mm
