Hi all. Did the Raptor 1000 ever come with a metal tank or where they all plastic? Thanks

Even the X3 raptor had a standard plastic tank

Thanks for reply. That was what I understood but talking to someone the other day who was insisting the 1000 should have a metal tank.

I can tell you my 1000 most definitely has a plastic tank, which i have recently lined to make it last longer.

It had some pretty trick forks on it!
And what looks like an Aprilia Millie swing arm, remote reservoir for the rear suspension and strangely a steering damper!

Not sure about the indicators in the mirrors, but apart from that it keeps the best bits from the V-Raptor and improves on them i would buy one!
