Standard Rear Shock Measurements?

Post by Demansia »

Hey All,

Does anyone have a standard rear shock handy that they could give me the measurement (mm preferably) between the two mounting points?

I have a DR650 in the shed with an Ohlin's rear shock that i'm going to sell. I had the thought that the ohlins may fit the Raptor (with a spring change). But rather than pull both out to measure them & find out they don't fit, i thought if someone had the measurement i would only have to pull the ohlins from the DR650 (much easier option).

Any help would be appreciated folks.

Cheers

i measured it with a ruler and come up to 31,30cm
(center mount to center mount)

might be off 1 or 2mm though...haven't got real good measurement equipment here...
