Since fitting my new rearsets I have nowhere to attach my panniers onto so was looking at fitting a Ventura rack system.
My question is to the people that have these how easy is it to fit and remove the L brackets as I would prefer not to leave them on the bike when not in use?
Thanks.

Re: Ventura rack
I don't remove the L brackets when the main rack isn't in use. I bought the grab rail along with the rest of the kit, it keeps the ends tidy.

The fit is not easy on , easy off, most bits are in slight tension, you could probably get it to be a better fit but being tube steel it has a bit of boing in it. Or make a nice one out of alloy and make it fit properly if you have the time... Nice winter project[emoji11] [emoji3]

Re: Ventura rack
Does anyone have any pics of how the Ventura rack fits? I've got a feeling that it will interfere with my new exhaust bracket that took me about 4 hours to make out of billet aluminium.

Re: Ventura rack
no pics (no comprende pics here), but it's L brackets fit to the underside of the seat subframe, one piece either side, short ends of the L stick up at the rear to receive the luggage frame/s
