An increase of 1cm would be a very small step towards me being my "ideal" weight :oops:

Ah yes...the old 'I am not overweight.....just under-tall!' ploy! :wink:

Personally, I am a six foot person with short legs. ( 5'7" on a good day wiv knuckles scraping the floor. :lol: )

I find the standard Raptor set up suits me perfectly.

Shebee... a girl after my own heart!!! I must try entering my height in cms now to see if it changes my ideal weight!!!!

Don't rush it, Cat.

Start too early & you could upset your recovery. :?

Have you considered a kidney belt?...Might add some support?

Lol! I've been in a immobilisation corset for a month!! I'm enjoying freedom!!! Started Physio in the swimming pool on Monday, building back up slowly. I'll wait until my leg muscles are a bit stronger before I try and ride but the idea is that this op should sort my back out permanently so theoretically once my legs and stomach are ok I should be pain free and 100% :D
