Just remembered it was called slosh ( not specifically for plastic tanks but it sure worked on mine ) just make sure that you remove the fuel pump and make a blanking plate.

Hi, I have a ccm r30 with a plastic tank and it suffered badly with ethanol blistering I treated it and my raptor with epoxy and 5 years on my raptor tank is like new, the only problem is the tank grew about about 15mm in length when it was off the bike and I had to adjust the rear mounting bracket....

Thanks ,I guessed at 36 and 40 because that's what my old thundercat was thinner section rear I know but I was fatter not that I am thin now . I am running a full bore on the front ( because I had it ) and just put a maxis tour on the rear , its a nice day today so I will try it out.

thanks for the replies i will replace the fluid again it was replaced last year though, as was the disc ,hose, and master cylinder the year before as it locked up twice hence i dont use the brake a lot. it happened today the first time after only about 10 miles

hi all , just done 450 miles today and had rear brake failure 3 times ie no brake at all not leaking fluid at all the pedal goes totaly soft then the next time it may work no pumping involved it just sometimes works perfect then nothing any ideas ?

glad to hear ozzy got to go to france again,i went to france belgium poland spain portugal switzerland italy germany etc twice on him before trading it in at dk april 2005, maybe he stayed there till 2007

hi, i have had 128 mph on the speedo with loads left ran out of road/bottle :roll: this is my second raptor had 140 plus out of the first one but i was ten years younger then :wavesad: they are not the best handeling bike in the world but thats not what they are about they are about fun as all bikes...

heres the pics portugal spain and morocco 2002 i think weather was as bad as could be kit was bone dry, and the added beauty is you dont spoil your raptor with ugly permanent luggage

hi i used ordinary oxford first times and a grab rail ( i think it was from nws products) i always put my kit in kyack bags inside and label the bags ie 4 for wife one for me i could post some pics if someone tells me how
